How do I know I will receive my package?
We use Canada Post (as per regulations) to send out deliveries.  The moment your order goes into the shipping cue you will receive a tracking number.

My child needs medical marijuana.  Can you help?
Sadly, no. At this time, we are not able to provide medicine to anyone under 19 years of age.

I’m concerned this may be a scam.  Is this even for real?
Yes.  We are unquestionably a legitimate service and have been able to maintain an excellent reputation by word of mouth advertising and steady repeat clientele, as a private invite only website.  We are very passionate about promoting a holistic approach to healing and living.  We recognize the challenges many ailing Canadians are faced with daily of acquiring their medicine and having a reasonable access to it.  Helping people in need and providing them with a discreet and practical access to high quality medicinal cannabis products is something we take very seriously.  We have decided to take a leap of faith and now let the general public in Canada order from us.

Is my order guaranteed to arrive?
Yes.  We offer a full money-back guarantee on all orders placed.  Each order comes with a unique tracking number in order to track location.  If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, you will be refunded 100% of the purchase price, without exception.

How is my item packaged?
Items are packaged in a generic prepaid Xpresspost envelope or ideal shipping box.  Products that carry strong odors are vacuum sealed to ensure maximum discretion before placing inside envelopes or boxes.

How long will it take to get my package?
Time will vary depending on your location in Canada.  All items are sent via Xpresspost.  Usually this can take 2-3 BUSINESS days.  Some rural locations may take a little bit longer at times.

Has anyone been arrested from ordering your products?
No.  We are proud to say no one has been arrested from ordering our products.  However, there is potential risk involved in any capacity in this infant industry as it evolves.  We also do not ship any quantities larger than what is posted on your product page to help curb any potential problems; if this were to ever arise.

Do you ship internationally?
No.  Absolutely no exceptions to this.

Do you accept credit card payments?
Not currently but we hope to soon. We only accept e-transfers (email money transfers) from any Canadian bank.

What is the maximum quantity of  products I can order at a time?
We will not ship any one person more than 50 grams in a single shipment, and 100 grams in a 30 day period.  Again, this is to ensure and maintain our perfect record and safety when shipping to our valued customers.

Do you have to use your real name when placing an order?
Yes.  We only send out medical marijuana to those who have sent us identification to confirm their identity.
